Various Skilled Visa classes require that you achieve a certain number of points, based on the immigration points system as determined by the Australian Department of Home Affairs. A positive result does not guarantee visa success, it simply means you meet the required minimum number of points deemed necessary.
You can calculate your points score using the points criteria below to help you determine your eligibility to enter Australia under one of the skilled visa classes.
We shall, however, confirm your Points-tested score when we review your online assessment form.
Points criteria are assessed at the time of invitation.

Specialist education qualification (The postgraduate degree by research [doctorate or masters] must be awarded from an Australian education institution after at least 2 academic years of study in the certain science, technology, engineering, mathematics or specified information and communication technology (ICT) fields)

Partner skills (For you to be eligible for the award of these points your partner must be an applicant for the same visa subclass and must not be an Australian permanent resident or an Australian citizen. This does not apply to the 3rd option.)
